Session 1

Training plans snatch session

Up to 110kg from the floor it felt heavy and stoped there.

Re ramped from hang

Up to 124kg and a PR with 0,5kg

Session 2

3 short metcons with 5 min rest…

Burpees and boxjumps and shit..

Got beaten with minutes by Elebro and Felix 

Session 3

Rowing with Paul

7k 20 strokes every 500m 15 strokes in 30 strokes/min

Rest 12

7k 20 strokes every 500m 10 strokes in 30 strokes/min

If my work capacity doesn’t get better soon I’ll quit training :)

Luckily 3 things I don’t suck so much at right now!

I don’t like the high rep just test 1 movement open wods these days…

Like 14.2 and 14.3 last year.. Who can do most CTB or deadlifts for x minutes..

I like more well balanced workouts.

Open will always suck :)
