status: ok but think my hip is a bit fucked again.

Lost my phone in Vegas but I’m back!!

status: happy but some lower back problems and left thigh.

So what have happend last months?

Team Solid took an impressive 5th place at the Crossfit games!

Got so drunk I lost my phone in Vegas!!

I won the 35+ class in Solid Open!

I ran 800m in 2:34!

I’m gonna qualify for Istanbul Throwdown!

I’m looking forward to some offseason to get my body back in full function!
