Rest day yesterday due to headache.

Weightlifting 101 hpc + pp chipper up to 105kg only

Played around with some hand stand.

Session 2

20min amrap

200m true form run with 15kg sandbag on shoulder

30m sled push

10 hanging leg raises.

Back squat 5 reps up to 150kg

Aronsson used his golden fingers and released some tension in my neck!

Status: still struggling with repercussions from the phemonia.

I’m quitting my Crossfit Games career!

You should quit while you’re ahead and on top is my philosophy.

Since I’m 38 years old now I can take a year with healthy training and then decide if my body is ok and if I’m motivated I can have a run for the Masters. That would be kinda cool.

But you won’t get rid of me that easy I’ll probably show up in some smaller competitions.

Now I have 3 weeks to get as ready as I can to kick some ass at games!

Have been training 1 day on 1 day off for the last week and feel ok.

Still can’t push hard in anything but it’s still 30 days to competition.
